Halvorsen Build Co.

About

A Colorado general contractor since 1987: how we work, how we keep people safe, and who runs the company.

Halvorsen Build Co. started in 1987 as a concrete crew with one pickup and a reputation for showing up when it said it would. The company still pours its own concrete, and it still treats the schedule in the contract as a promise.

Today three offices across the Front Range build offices, apartments, hospitals, schools, plants and hotels. Most of our work comes back from owners who hired us before, and most of our superintendents started here as carpenters or field engineers.

We are a general contractor and construction manager, not a developer: we do not own the buildings we build, so our only interest is the owner’s — on budget, on time, and nobody hurt.
