We build what lasts.
Offices, apartments, hospitals, schools and plants across the Front Range — priced early, built safely and handed over on the date we agreed.
From an empty lot to the keys.
Scroll, and watch a building go up the way yours will — one phase at a time, with something in your hands at the end of each.
-
Site & foundations
Weeks 1–12
Excavation, utilities and foundations. Before the first pour we lock the logistics plan: crane position, gates, deliveries and the neighbours’ hours.
- Site logistics plan
- Geotechnical sign-off
- Updated cost report
-
Structure
Months 3–9
Columns, beams and slabs climb a floor every eight to ten working days. Every pour is inspected and photographed before the next floor starts.
- Weekly progress photos
- Floor-by-floor inspection log
- Look-ahead schedule
-
Envelope
Months 7–13
Curtain wall, roofing and the first heat. Drying the building in early is what lets interiors start — so the façade is bought before the frame is finished.
- Weathertight milestone
- Envelope testing reports
- Interior release by floor
-
Interiors & handover
Months 11–18
Fit-out, commissioning and the punch list. We walk the building with your team before the inspector does, then hand over keys and a complete digital record.
- Commissioning reports
- As-built model and manuals
- One-year warranty walk
Six kinds of building. One way of building them.
The same superintendents, the same safety programme and the same cost reporting, whether it is a clinic or a cross-dock.
-
Commercial
Office towers, headquarters, tenant interiors and mixed-use podiums — built occupied-floor by occupied-floor when the building has to stay open.
3 projects
-
Multifamily
Podium and wrap apartments, senior living and student housing, sequenced so leasing can start before the last floor is finished.
2 projects
-
Healthcare
Outpatient pavilions, clinics and hospital renovations with infection-control risk assessments on every phase.
1 project
-
Education
K–12 schools and campus buildings delivered between semesters, with student safety planned into the site logistics.
1 project
-
Industrial
Distribution centres, manufacturing plants and cold storage — tilt-up and pre-engineered steel on fast programmes.
1 project
-
Hospitality
Hotels, restaurants and venues where the finish is the product and the opening date does not move.

Built, handed over, still standing.

What would it cost, and how long would it take?
The same square-foot ranges our preconstruction team starts from before there are drawings. Move the sliders; the building moves with them.

They priced three structural schemes before we had drawings, and the number they gave us at 60% documents was the number we paid.
The site next to our hospital stayed clean, quiet and contained for twenty months. Our infection-control team stopped worrying by month two.
They built the schedule backwards from our opening date and never asked us to move it.
